Select a time and date for your appointment.
4. Write any relevant information into a note for your therapist. example: your Groupon redemption code.
Select NEXT, Acknowledge our cancellation policy by selecting ‘I accept’ (you will not be asked to put in a credit card number)
You’re booked! check your email for confirmation and health history forms. Be sure to pay special attention to the ‘Additional Info’ at the bottom of the email.
*If you have any trouble with this, please call or text us at 413-588-1124. We do not have a receptionist, so will answer Monday-Saturday at our earliest convenience. We are human and it is not unusual to wait for a call back for a day or two.

Cancellation Policy
Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made an appointment. Please call by 5pm the day before your appointment to give your cancellation notice for any scheduled appointments, including gift certificate sessions. Appointments cancelled late will result in your being charged 50% of your scheduled service unless the appointment can be filled. No-show appointments will owe the full amount of the service! However, if your appointment can be filled, you're off the hook! So call, text or e-mail as soon as it becomes clear you can't make it. Depending on our booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked: Full payment is required. Emergency cancellations are determined at the Massage Therapist's discretion. If you need to cancel and have made a deposit or prepaid for your appointment your account will be credited for future use or a gift certificate can be issued for the amount.
